HI, I'M MONICA.

HERE TO SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS

As an HR Consultant, I bring my passion of creating positive and meaningful shared experiences to my clients and the HR industry. My diverse experience and principles of understanding self first brings a unique perspective of problem solving and creative solutions to my clients.

As a coach, I help individuals take a close look at the internal and external expectations they hold for themselves in order to increase their effectiveness in their role and happiness as a human.

In order to understand others, we must understand ourselves first. I studied myself, and interpersonal relationships across the globe, in the classroom, and in a variety of work environments including non-profit, start-up, venture capital, M&A, and starting my own business.

  • Relationships are always mirrors for us: personal relationships, professional relationships, even our relationship with ourselves.
  • We all have the ability to lead from any position. Leadership is not your title, income, or position at work. It is how you lead yourself through your life and your relationships.
