HI, I'M MONICA.
As an HR Consultant, I bring my passion of creating positive and meaningful shared experiences to my clients and the HR industry. My diverse experience and principles of understanding self first brings a unique perspective of problem solving and creative solutions to my clients.
As a coach, I help individuals take a close look at the internal and external expectations they hold for themselves in order to increase their effectiveness in their role and happiness as a human.
In order to understand others, we must understand ourselves first. I studied myself, and interpersonal relationships across the globe, in the classroom, and in a variety of work environments including non-profit, start-up, venture capital, M&A, and starting my own business.

My passion for harnessing my academic, athletic, professional, and personal experiences enables me to shape individualized support for clients. My expertise in Industrial Psychology provides my clients with invaluable tools to support their teams using empirically backed methods and informed recommendations. 18 years of being an elite athlete/coach have allowed me to understand and guide passion and purpose. These are my values and superpowers that I put to work with structure and compassion. I work to expand knowledge of teams empower my clients to find perfect fits and solutions - whether that is an ideal candidate, confidence in employment compliance, or custom HR processes.
My commitment to showing up with open ears and an open mind with each client allows me to make informed recommendations that not only consider the financial, structural, and cultural goals of a company, but also integrate the nuances of each team during specific phases of growth.
